Sanjay Bakhtani
Sanjay Bakhtani is a dedicated and experienced professional with over Eighteen years of hands-on experience in agriculture and horticulture. He has been associated with Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited (GNFC) since May 2018, gaining practical expertise in various agricultural and farming operations.
His experience includes planting, cultivation, harvesting, soil preparation and tilling, fertilization, pruning, pesticide application, and overall crop management. His practical understanding of agricultural processes enables him to contribute effectively to operational planning, resource management, and productivity enhancement.
Sanjay holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, combining his academic background with practical agricultural knowledge, critical-thinking abilities, and effective communication skills.
He is experienced in working across diverse agricultural environments and is committed to maintaining efficient and sustainable farming practices. His approach focuses on responsible land management, effective utilization of resources, improved crop productivity, and sustainable agricultural development.
